TDG Marketplace Program Policies
The following Program Policies form part of the TDG Marketplace Agreement (“Agreement”).
By choosing “Accept” during enrollment or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement,
the applicable Seller Terms and the Program Policies, which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.
