Temporary Changes to delivery procedures due to COVID 19:

Under the recommendations of public health authorities, we are taking extra precautions to protect the health of our team members and the communities we serve. In light of the current Covid19 situation, we have temporarily suspended our White Glove delivery service as well as all in-home service appointments. We will update this page as we continue to adapt and make changes to this evolving situation.

Free Shipping will be made to driveway, front-door, porch, or garage for free-standing homes. For apartments/condos, deliveries made to lobby or a designated loading area, not your unit. All items will be left in their original packaging.

 

  • ** Removal and Repositioning of Old Items
     
                          •     • Not available with Free Ship or Drop Ship Prime.
                •     • Available with Room Of Choice at a cost of $15/piece.

            •     • Available on a one-for-one basis on like items. If we are delivering you one sofa we can remove or reposition one sofa.

  1.     • Do you have the necessary tools to complete the required set-up and assembly?
  2.     • Do you need other items removed or repositioned within your home?
  3.     • Packaging materials can be significant and difficult to recycle.
  4.     • Do you have the time to complete the set-up and assembly?

Safety Protocols (All Delivery Options)

Delivery team members that have reported, or are exhibiting flu-like symptoms, or those that have recently traveled outside Canada in the past 14 days, will not be performing deliveries for our organization.
As with stores and warehouses, our Delivery Departments have implemented additional sanitation protocols and are taking extra cleaning measures throughout the day to ensure your safety.

This includes:
• The regular cleaning/ disinfecting of the truck’s interior and the outside handles of their vehicles.
• The use of Rubber gloves.
• The use of Hand sanitizer.
• The use of Protective Masks.

Room of Choice & White Glove – What to expect

• At all times please respect social distancing requirements.
• Our drivers will call on route to your home.
• Please watch for the team and open the door upon arrival.
• Please advise the drivers where the product will be going.
• Our drivers will ensure they can get the product into its final placement.
• A Damage Waiver is required in the following situations:
› If the delivery team has identified a higher risk for potential damage to either the product and/or your home due to a “tight fit” situation, and after discussion you are still requesting the delivery attempt.
› Washer and Dryer hose set up if you have not purchased new hoses with your new washer and dryer.
• Contactless delivery signature capture.
• We do require a person with age of majority to accept the delivery.
• Our drivers will take pictures of product in its final placement.

Drop Ship Prime – What to expect

  • • Our Drivers will call on route to your home and you can track their progress through our tracking service.
    • When they arrive, please inform the delivery team where you want your product (driveway, garage, lobby). Reminder this service does not include delivery into the home.

    • We do require a person with age of majority to accept the delivery.

    • Our drivers will take pictures of product it the drop off location.

Free Shipping – What to expect

  • • This is limited service and the delivery team will not be able to provide a delivery window or call in advance.
  • • We ask that you watch for the team for their arrival.
  • • Reminder this service is available weekdays only.  
  • • When they arrive, please inform the delivery team where you want your product (driveway, garage, lobby).
  • • Reminder this service does not include delivery into the home.
    • We do require a person with age of majority to accept the delivery.
    • Our drivers will take pictures of product it the drop off location.
