COVID-19 Update January 23, 2021
COVID-19 continues to be a rapidly changing and evolving situation. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to the safety and well-being of our team members and valued guests.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate these extraordinary times. We sincerely appreciate your business and, as a Canadian company, we thank you for your continued commitment to shopping local.
Please see below for the current measures we are taking to ensure a safe and positive shopping experience for all.
What to Expect In Our Stores
In accordance with provincial guidelines, stores in Ontario are currently closed. We encourage our guests to shop online or take advantage of our virtual options to engage with a sales associate from their local store.
Stores in Manitoba and Saskatchewan are currently operating under regular store hours. To ensure social distancing practices can be upheld, the number of guests allowed in the store at one time is limited, as per provincial guidelines. Appointments are encouraged (but not mandatory) for in-store shopping.
Masks are required when shopping in-store, and hand sanitation stations and floor markers have been installed for your safety and convenience. As well, all stores are on an increased cleaning and sanitation schedule.
If you have recently travelled, are not feeling well, or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please refrain from visiting our locations. We are ensuring all team members are following the guidelines communicated by Health Canada to minimize any risks to themselves or our guests.

Book a virtual appointment to shop by phone with a knowledgeable in-store associate. You can also connect with your local store by calling direct or requesting a video call to see items from every angle and in relation to each other.
For a curated browsing experience, co-browse with a helpful home expert who will guide you through our website and simplify the process of shopping online.
In-home Service and Delivery
Additional measures are in place to keep you and our teams safe. High touch areas in the truck are regularly sanitized and delivery teams are taking all necessary precautions, including using PPE and social distancing.
We are pleased to offer contactless delivery options. Please note: at this time, we are not offering removal or repositioning of items, or accepting returns and exchanges.
