Last week on October 11th, 2018 we hosted our very first event in our Chef's Table's Series. Chef Peter Fehr joined us in our JennAir kitchen at our Ellice location to teach our attendees some recipes they can do at home and how JennAir appliances can make it easier! Today we are sharing one! This is the Turkey Meatball with Gourmet Inspirations Canadian Maple Bourbon BBQ Sauce!
1 lb. ground turkey (Substitute beef if desired)
2 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. Onion powder
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Ground black pepper
1. Combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, onion powder, and garlic powder together in a bowl. Roll mixture into palm-size meatballs and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
2. Grill turkey on JennAir Module Griddle Cooktop on medium-high until no longer pink at the center and outside is browned. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
3. Place meatball on plate and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
4. Garnish with greens and serve.
